Diego works with Economic Regulation practice group with full expertise in matters concerning regulated industries and in advising on corporate matters. He cooperates regularly with both our practice groups of Public Law and Government and Antitrust-Fair Competition and Economic Regulation.
Diego completed his PhD essentially on interdisciplinary matters, such as the intersection area between economics and law. His ability to get along with political scientists, engineers or economists, has led him to specialize in areas with strong technical content such as public utility regulation, financial standards, regulation of corporate governments and tariff matters.
Diego has published several reports on economic regulation and securities market law, and he develops his academic work at Universidad de Chile.
