Maximiliano is part of the Complex Litigation area of our office.

In the academic field, he studied at the School of Law of the Universidad de Chile. He is currently an assistant professor of Civil Law and Procedural Law at the same university. He also collaborates with the professorship of Introduction to Law at the Universidad de Santiago.

Previously, he worked in the Litigation and Arbitration area of González & Rioseco, focusing mainly on the resolution of civil and commercial disputes of different nature.

Maximiliano has two diploma courses, one on New Trends in Damage and Contracts and the other on Current Problems of Civil Liability, at the Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de Chile, respectively.
