Nicolás is member of the FerradaNehme Antitrust area. He is a graduated lawyer from Universidad de Chile, and is teaching assistant of the Procedural Law course for professors Raúl Núñez and Nicolás Carrasco. Nicolás also has an extensive experience regarding debates and critical thinking: He was professor of such matters at Andrés Bello University and at Instituto Nacional José Miguel Carrera. In addition, he authored the book “Learn how to discuss” published in 2016, and the essay “What does the judge do when awarding a debate?”, presented in Lima (Peru) in 2017.
Prior to his experience in FerradaNehme, Nicolás was associate in the Valenzuela, Amenábar y Errázuriz lawfirm, and also paralegal in the Dispute Resolution department of the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office.
