Pablo is associate of the Public Law and Government area, and previously was a member of our Economic Regulation team. His practice consists in advising clients in both the public and private sectors on different public policy matters. He focuses his practice on issues of institutional design and regulatory policy.
As far as his academic activities are concerned, he has worked as a researcher at the Center for Regulation and Competition (Regcom) at the Universidad de Chile School of Law and as assistant professor in the Department of Economic Law at the same university. Currently, he is Visiting Professor at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez School of Law.
Before his reincorporation to FerradaNehme, Pablo worked as Capital Markets Advisor at the Ministry of Finance, participating in the design of the banking regulation reform.
