Pablo returns to FerradaNehme in 2019 to join the Public Law and Government area, after having studied a M.Sc. in Regulation (Government and Law) at the London School of Economics and Political Science. His practice consists in advising clients in both the public and private sectors on different public policy matters. He focuses his practice on issues of institutional design and regulatory policy.
As far as his academic activities are concerned, he worked as a researcher at the Center for Regulation and Competition (Regcom) at the Universidad de Chile School of Law and as assistant professor in the Department of Economic Law at the same university.
Before his reincorporation to FerradaNehme, Pablo worked as Capital Markets Advisor at the Ministry of Finance, participating in the design of the banking regulation reform.
