Since 2014, Claudia has been part of the Area of Environment and Natural Resources. Her practice focuses mainly on the processing of projects in the Environmental Impact Assessment System, environmental control, environmental sanctions, and compliance incentives. In addition, she has specialized in the implementation of Law No. 20.920, Framework for Waste Management, the Extended Responsibility of the Producer and Promotion of Recycling, continuously collaborating with the Economic Round Table for AmCham Chile, together with the area partner, Patricio Leyton.
Graduated from Adolfo Ibáñez University, she completed a Diploma in Natural Resources and Energy, with a focus in mining, and a Diploma in Administrative Law, both at the Universidad Católica de Chile. Later, she completed an LLM in Environmental and Energy Law at the New York University School of Law.
In the academic field, Claudia has written several publications and has served as an assistant in the chair of Environmental Law, both at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez as well as the University of Chile.
