Fernanda is a senior associate in the Public Law and Government practice area. Since she began working as an associate in FerradaNehme in 2015, she has dedicated to providing advice to clients from the public and private sectors in several matters of public and environmental law, also collaborating regularly in the writing of legal reports and in specialized advice to regulated clients in the electricity sector.
In the academic field, she has worked as a teaching assistant in various law courses and has been a teaching assistant at the Center for Environmental Law and the Legal Clinic for Environmental Law and Conflict Resolution at the Universidad de Chile. Her probono pratice has focused especially on gender and immigration matters.
She previously worked as paralegal in the Public Law and Government area of our firm and as paralegal in the Litigation Division of the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office. She has also participated as a research assistant at the Center for Climate and Resilience – CR2 from the Universidad de Chile.
