Her work in the public sector, under different administrations, allowed her to specialize in different areas of Public Law. Her areas of expertise are Public and Environmental Law, which allow her to advise both public agencies and private companies in preparing legal reports and opinions, carrying out legal presentations before the competent authorities and providing insightful advice to long-standing clients (for example, the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications).That is where she has concentrated her professional practice by advising both public bodies and private companies, drafting legal reports and making presentations to the Contraloría General de la República (Comptroller General of the Republic) and other authorities.
She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Pennsylvania (LL.M.) and Master in Law Professor at the Catholic University LL.M. UC mention in statutory law. She is a professor in administrative contract courses and a seminar on environmental matters and in the course of administrative contracts of the Master of Public Law and Constitutional Litigation of the Diego Portales University.
