Mauricio is part of FerradaNehme’s Economic Regulation practice and focuses his work on the economic and administrative law aspects of this area.
He graduated from the Universidad de Chile law school, were he was awarded as the best student of his class in Economic Law. He has been a teaching assistant in Introduction to Law, Private Law, and Administrative Law at Universidad de Chile, and in Property at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
Before joining FerradaNehme, Mauricio was a cabinet advisor for the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Education. Previously, he worked in the Mergers and Studies Division of the FNE, and for the Center for Competition and Regulation at Universidad de Chile.
