Nicolás Palma


Practice Area: Competition

Nicolás is a member of the FerradaNehme Competition and Regulation practice area. He studied at the Universidad de Chile, where he was teaching assistant for the Procedural Law course, assisting under professors Dr. Raúl Núñez Ojeda and Dr. Nicolás Carrasco Delgado.

Nicolás has extensive experience in regards to critical thinking and debates: as having been a professor in this area at Universidad Andrés Bello and the Universidad Diego Portales. He has recently concluded his Master’s program in Curriculum Development and Educational Projects.

Prior to his experience in FerradaNehme, Nicolás was an associate at the Valenzuela, Amenábar, Errázuriz lawfirm; and preceding that, was a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution department at the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office.
