Pablo is director of the Complex Litigation area of FerradaNehme. His professional experience focuses on the area of civil and commercial litigation, with a special emphasis on arbitration proceedings. In addition, since 2017 he has been part of the list of arbitrators from Santiago Court of Appeals, and his appointment has been renewed for the 2021-2022 biennium.
In the academic field, his undergraduate studies are from the School of Law at the Universidad de Chile and in 2014, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Comparative and International Law at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland.
In addition to his role as a litigator, he stands out as a professor of civil and private international law at the Alberto Hurtado University. He has also taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses at various universities in the country.
Pablo is constantly invited to participate in seminars and congresses about Civil Law, Private International Law and Arbitration, and he has authored several publications on these subject matters.
