Her fields of expertise have been the Public and Administrative Law, on which she has focused her professional practice. She advises both public and private entities in a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters as well as in public policy issues also successfully handling matters at the Contraloría General de la República(Chilean Comptroller General).
Her interest in research has led her to collaborate with our partner Luis Cordero in drafting reports on public procurement law, punitive administrative procedure and economic public law, among others.
Pilar studied post-graduate courses at the University of Columbia, New York, as Fellow of Chile Scholarships, where she graduated as Master of Laws (LL.M.), receiving academic recognition of being named Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
