Josefina, quien ha sido parte del estudio desde 2011 y se desempeñaba como Directora en el área de Derecho Público y Gobierno, cuenta con vasta experiencia en el sector público y el mundo académico.A partir de agosto, FerradaNehme cuenta con una nueva socia en sus filas, luego de que Josefina Court fuera elegida para integrarse a la sociedad del estudio, sumándose a los socios actuales Rodrigo Ferrada, Nicole Nehme, Patricio Leyton, Valeria Ruz, Luis Cordero y Stella Muñoz, inclinando la balanza hacia el género femenino en el liderazgo de la firma.Antes de incorporarse a FerradaNehme, Josefina trabajó en el Ministerio Secretaría General de la Presidencia y actualmente se desempeña como docente en Magíster de Regulación de la Pontificia Universidad Católica y el Magíster en Derecho Público y Litigación Constitucional de la Universidad Diego Portales, en temas relacionados con Contratación Pública. Durante su trayectoria profesional en FerradaNehme, su labor se ha centrado en Derecho Público y Ambiental, asesorando tanto a empresas privadas como al sector público, caracterizándose además por colaborar activamente con las distintas áreas de práctica del estudio, aportando una mirada pública al análisis de los diversos casos y materias en que le ha tocado participar. Josefina es abogada de la Universidad Diego Portales y cuenta con un LLM en la Universidad de Pensilvania.Entre las razones para su nombramiento, Rodrigo Ferrada esbozó que “nos complace recibir a una profesional tan completa y experimentada como nuestra socia, quien será sin dudas un gran aporte a nuestra gestión”, destacando que con este nombramiento “seguimos en la ruta del liderazgo por especialización, reforzando nuestra ya gran área de Derecho Público y Gobierno con una socia brillante, empática y con un gran sentido crítico de la realidad”.Por su parte, Josefina declaró sentirse agradecida por este reconocimiento a su trabajo y la posibilidad de seguir colaborando, ahora desde su nuevo rol, en el crecimiento y consolidación de una oficina tan especial como es FerradaNehme, de la cual destaca la horizontalidad en el trato y forma de trabajar de los distintos equipos, el ambiente colaborativo e inclusivo que siempre se busca fomentar, y la dedicación y el cariño con que se enfrenta cada uno de los proyectos y clientes que llegan la oficina.[:en]Ms. Court, who has been part of the study since 2011 and worked as Director in the Public Law and Government area, has great experience in the public sector and the academic world.From August, FerradaNehme has a new partner, after Josefina Court was chosen to be part of the firm’s board, joining Rodrigo Ferrada, Nicole Nehme, Patricio Leyton, Valeria Ruz, Luis Cordero and Stella Muñoz, tipping the scales in favour of the female gender within the firm’s directorate.Before becoming part of FerradaNehme, Josefina worked in the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency and currently is professor of the Master in Regulation at Pontificia Universidad Católica and of the Master in Public Law and Constitutional Litigation at Universidad Diego Portales, in matters related to Government Procurement. During her professional career in FerradaNehme, she has specialized in Public and Environmental Law, advising both private and public companies, distinguishing by collaborating actively in the different areas of the firm, contributing with a public point of view to the analysis of the different cases and matters in which she has been involved.
