Josefina is currently a member of the Competition and Economic Regulation area at FerradaNehme. She previously worked at Claro y Cía. and Philippi Prietocarrizosa & Uría, providing legal advice to different domestic and foreign companies by drafting reports and representing clients before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office and the Antitrust Court (TDLC) in cases mainly related to joint ventures, mergers and abuse of dominant position.
As far as her academic activity is concerned, Josefina has completed postgraduate studies in Harvard University and in the University of Cambridge, she has also written articles that have been published in Chile and abroad. Moreover, she has actively participated in the Competition Commission of the Chilean Bar Association.
