María is a member of the Competition and Regulation team at FerradaNehme, where she previously worked as a paralegal.

She is a graduate of the Universidad de Chile and as part of her academic training she took different courses of the master’s program in Competition Law, Human Rights and Gender Law at the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands.

At the Universidad de Chile she is teaching assistant with professors Carlos Pizarro Wilson and Carlos Peña in Civil Law course.

María has actively participated in different foundations dedicated to social projects and educational reinforcement. In addition, she was a member of the Organizing Committee of the VI Student Congress of Civil Law at the Universidad de Chile School of Law.
