Raffaela is a member of the Competition and Economic Regulation practice. She recently returned from the UK where she completed an LLM in Competition Law at King’s College London, where she obtained the “Yeoh Tiong Lay LLM Scholarship”, awarded by The Dickson Poon School of Law, for academic excellence.
Previously, she worked in the Corporate Law area of Philippi Prietocarrizosa & Uría, where she was mainly focused on legal advice, corporate restructuring operations, drafting of contracts and reports and transactional matters.
In the academic field, Raffaela has been teaching assistant for the courses of “Business and Competence” and “Professional Ethics” in the Magister courses of the Adolfo Ibáñez University and the Universidad Católica. In addition, she has collaborated in different publications. Currently, she is our Pro Bono Coordinator.
