Con una destacada trayectoria en el mundo público y privado, el experto en derecho corporativo, bancario, financiero y mercado de valores, se integró a FerradaNehme en el mes de abril, para liderar al equipo que lleva adelante el trabajo relacionado con derecho de la empresa.

Con más de 10 años de experiencia en el mundo público y privado, los últimos de ellos en la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros, como abogado jefe de la Fiscalía de Valores, liderando un equipo de doce abogados que trabajaban en procesos de análisis jurídico, fiscalización y normativa; Mario Valderrama es una de las últimas incorporaciones de FerradaNehme. Su misión, como él mismo declara, es “llevar el área corporativa a trabajar en temas más especializados, que aporten valor agregado, y que requieren de un expertise profundo en materias de mercado de capitales, y en general en la regulación del mercado de valores, regulación bancaria y gobiernos corporativos”.

Mario tuvo la oportunidad de trabajar con FerradaNehme cuando el área de Derecho Público y Gobierno, liderada por Luis Cordero, asesoró a la SVS en el caso Cascadas, ocasión en la que se llevó la mejor impresión de la ética de trabajo de FN, así como de la gran profundidad y alto estándar de calidad del mismo, lo que se sumó a referencias previas a través de la cobertura de prensa de casos relevantes y de la extensa red de contactos del estudio. Ese mismo sello es el que quiere replicar y profundizar en el trabajo del área que ahora lidera.

¿Qué le atrajo de FerradaNehme, como para dejar la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros y volver al mundo privado?
